Terrible. Recruitment process is not transparent. They interview, select, give offer letter without starting date, they'll give high hopes of recruiting but then you have to wait for eternity to actually join the company. They hire only for projects, if no projects available they wouldn't recruit for bench. No prior communication about this. Accepting offer doesn't mean they'll hire you, beware.
