I applied through university. I interviewed at Accenture (Indore)
Interview
HR guy asked me to introduce myself and how I feel about working in a team, the pros and cons of working in a team and I had done any courses or projects related to tech background.
The tech guy was asking project-related questions stated on the resume; so make sure you’ve covered everything on the resume properly.
The interview process usually starts with an application and resume screening. If the profile matches the job requirements, the candidate is invited for an interview. The interview may include questions about education, skills, experience, strengths, and career goals.
Very fast paced. Questions were a mix of puzzles and consulting scenarios. Interviewed during Covid so everything was virtual. There was a 2-3 hr long OA ahead of the interview with detailed feedback. And interview itself was like a virtual super day with group interviews and solo rounds.
