I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview was highly engaging and focused primarily on project discussions and real-world applications. The interviewer asked for a detailed explanation of a key project, exploring the problem statement, approach, challenges faced, and its practical impact. They followed this with scenario-based questions, such as adapting the solution for larger datasets, handling unexpected inputs, or deploying the system in real-world scenarios. The use-case questions were practical and insightful, allowing me to showcase my problem-solving skills and technical expertise. The experience was positive, as the discussion felt collaborative, and the interviewer seemed genuinely interested in understanding my approach and thought process.
The interview was straightforward and lasted around 30 minutes. The interviewer began with a brief introduction and then asked me to introduce myself. Most of the questions were HR-related, focusing on my background, career goals, strengths, willingness to relocate, and interest in joining the company. The interviewer was friendly and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable.
