I had an interview recently and found the process quite smooth — I was able to successfully clear the first round. However, after that round, I never received any communication regarding the scheduling of the second round. Later, I was informed via email that the position had already been filled.

What's your approach in transformation projects
Very long - scheduled multiple times and cancelled/redirected to some other interviewer. Almost 3/4 rounds of interview just because the recruiting manager was unavailable. Even had ones where I was in the call and the interviewer did not show up.
