Accenture GCP Architect/Engineer interview questions

During the initial data collection about current experience,ctc and ECTC they gathered and confirmed that your profile got shortlisted for technical interview.once all round completed,they kept candidature on hold and by saying that compensation mis-match. if this was the case why they shortlisted the profile in the first place. after that none of them from HR / Recruitment team responds over email or phone at all and even dont archive profile so candidate cant apply for another vacancy too. very pathetic and un-professional behaviour showcased by accenture.
