Multiple rounds of interviews including with recruiter and internal staff (supervisors, team members, etc). Each was around 30 minutes to an hour long and varied based on the current staff member leading the interview. All were over zoom as this was a REMOTE position. They honestly were interviewing for a position that they clearly needed, but they also didnt have it together enough at the time of the interview to know exactly how the new role would fit in with their current client business. It was a mess frankly.
