Moderate, not too much to worry, just answer the questions properly and maintain proper discipline. It is just how you analyze and answer the questions asked and respond to it.

Over the phone spoke to several people, was a screening process, having a general knowledge of telecoms is helpful as well as a prepared answer for what to do in several situations is useful, but think Apple values, who have the power to dominate accounts rather than having to negotiate a comprimise

I had a first round of phone interview (chat) with a recruiter from Apple before an official video interview session with the hiring manager from Philippines. Both sessions went smoothly - recruiter and hiring manager were friendly and respectful.
