Application consisted on some questions to demonstrate an interest in the Nuclear industry and the Atkins company. Followed by a telephone interview which was fairly straight forward, invited to assessment centre at the end of the phone call. Assessment centre consisted of a written exercise involving coming up with a solution to a problem based on a series of mocked-up text documents. A group exercise in which you had to come to a solution to a problem as part of a group. An interview with two engineers asking a series of technical questions.
