I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Atkins (Bengaluru)
Interview
A walkin drive was organised on a weekend (which is very suitable for most of the working community). All the interview rounds were well coordinated and completed in one day itself. The feedback process was quick and I was provided a verbal offer on the same day. Refreshments were also served. Overall it was a good experience.

Question 1
There 1st round was to solve a problem related to HR (a problem statement would be given and candidate would be required to provide the possible solutions on a sheet of paper given). Once completed, we were required to present the solutions in front of a panel in a conference room which had the other candidates who applied in my group/slot. The problem statements were not the same to the other candidates in the room, all had a unique problem to solve. Once selected in this round, the next round was with the hiring manager.

Interview
It was an extensive recruitment process, which involved solving cases, appearing for situational questions, and an overall personality assessment questions. The last interview was in place to check the culture fit.
