I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA
Interview
Phone interview; called in to a room with around 5 engineers. Mostly behavioral questions, a few technical. The questions weren't very difficult, but it was stressful to be on the phone with that many people. Didn't leave with the impression that it went extremely well or extremely poorly.

Two rounds of interviews; the first over the phone and the second in the office. They mostly asked me behavioral questions and were interested in my project experience outside of the classroom. I was extended an offer two weeks after the interview.
