Interview
The process took about 8 hours, with each individual interview lasting about an hour. There were 1-3 interviewers at a time, representing a different business function, or different focus. There was also a one hour technical presentation of past work to a group of 20.

Question 1
The technical interviews wrapped around the core function: business development. They were mostly interested in who I knew in DoD, and how I could facilitate sales.
Applied online. Had a call with the recruiter and set up an interview. I interviewed a couple of weeks later with the hiring manager, principal systems engineer, and Sr. systems engineer. I heard back the following week.

Interview
The hiring manager directly contacted me to get an in person interview with the team. While the interview process was only 2 rounds, one HR interview and one on campus interview, it took over 2 months to wait for the HR department to set up the interviews and hear back.

Talked with an onsite manager at the Warren michigan facility and then looked at the Bradley fighting vehicle. The whole process took about an hour and half was tslking in the conference room and half at the vehicle
