Interview
After submitting the application, here was the recruiting pipeline:
1) Online Assessment: evaluates quantitative reasoning, ability to read data charts
2) R1 Interview: 2 30-minute casing interviews. No behaviorals were asked, interviewers were recent Associate Consultants or Senior Associate Consultants. Cases were generic, such as CPG or Retail. Frameworks were growth strategy and profitability.
3) R2 Interview: 2 45-minute interviews, interviewers were Associate Partner and Manager. Cases are based on their personal expertise/domain. Very basic behavioral questions asked. Case studies were just as easy as R1.

Why do you want to work in consulting? Why do you want to work at Bain? Why the Seattle office? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
2 rounds of 3 interviews.
The first round includes a fit interview.
All interviews feel very relaxed, but they still expect you to move through the case fast and in a structured way.

There is a test after which you have to go through several rounds of market sizing and business case interviews, hr interview is separate and asking for general personal experience things
