Submitted application and was referred by an employee. HR screened me, few weeks later recruiter reached out and screed me. In person interview with the head of the team and a senior consultant. Straight-forward process but took a lot of time.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
