I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton in Jun 2010
Interview
I was highly disappointed by the interview process. I was referred by someone who works at Booz Allen, and was informed that Booz Allen does not conduct case interviews. They conduct the interviews by sitting you in a room for half an hour with three people coming in consecutively for a 10-minute interview round. In the process of having a 360 degree interview process, the last interview was with a junior employee who decided to flex his muscles and ask the most ridiculous questions entirely unrelated to the interview and gave case questions, when case questions were not supposed to be asked. It was offensive and unprofessional, and I would never want to work there after that experience.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Question 1
Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
