I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) in Sept 2014
Interview
The interview process is a super day. You do three back-to-back interviews that are 1:1 style. Most questions are about your resume but there are some situational/case-type questions thrown in there.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked a lot about the experiences on my resume, particularly the technical ones.
I applied online. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton
Interview
Took phone interview and in person with 3 people.
It was kind of easy process. One of 3 people will be your manager.
So you need to consider. Also, you need to prepare a lot.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton
Interview
Received a call to attend a hiring event after networking with a previous BAH associate. The interview event consisted of 50-some of us being interviewed by 10+ groups of people "speed interviewing" (15-30 minutes tops per session). It seemed that the people who came to interview you already received your resume long beforehand and decided they wanted to meet you and learn more about you; everyone I met seemed to already know my background without really looking at my resume.
I've been to two of these events. They say they make decisions "that night" but I got offers from both events and each time it took a few days to come through. Just gotta be patient and follow up with them every so often.

Question 1
There were no tricky interview questions, but they did ask me some very heavy technical questions that were a bit above my knowledge level. I think this was intentional because they wanted to gauge where the ceiling was.
