The interview process was fairly simple, they went through my resume and the interview questions were behavior based. I think if you prepare you’ll be fine. The panel that I interviewed with was straight to the point. However with all of the changes they are doing mass layoffs so be aware before accepting a role

More behavioral based questions if you know you’re resume you’ll be fine
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Washington, DC) in Apr 2015
Interview
Was contacted by executive recruiting via LinkedIn - had two phone interviews in quick succession and then asked immediately to come to McLean for interviews in person - full day. These were rescheduled several times and finally happened a month or more later than planned. Once we got talking the process stopped and started - I recognized that this was for a new position and that this type of thing happens, and obviously for senior staff they want to do a thorough job of vetting candidates. That said the communication could have been better around the process to help me manage expectations. On site, the interviews were with 2 principals, a senior associate, a VP and a Senior VP - it was a long day but it was full of good (but tough) conversations and quite a lot of thinking on my feet.
Talked to recruiter and the hiring manager afterwards. Was straight forward. Not too many steps that made it complicated. Talked to another a separate recruiter with offer. Discussed background check and such. Background check can take up to 10 days
