I applied on Sunday, got a call on Monday to schedule a phone interview. Did phone interview on Tuesday and it went really well - it was about 20 minutes. She asked about previous work experience, a couple behavior based questions, and asked if I knew if there were any problems with my credit. She explained that the job is NOT contingent on the credit check, they just have to make sure you can take calls for all of their clients. (I have really truly TERRIBLE credit and it didn't hinder me at all). There is a background and credit check. Anyway she asked if I could come in for a live interview. Did the live interview on Thursday. Extremely laidback style - they don't write anything down, they're just trying to see if you'd fit with the culture. There were a lot of behavior based questions, but it always spun off into a conversation. There were many laughs! She made me feel very comfortable. After the interview I got a tour and met some of the upper management (not being interviewed, just saying hello), and then I went home. They said to allow a few days because it was right before the weekend. On Wednesday I was anxious and called, left a message, and then an hour later the recruiter called and offered me the job. I started 2 weeks after that. The total process was a week and a half.
