Recruiting is done by a 3rd party firm. The interview process is typical of consulting firms. Phone screen. Then talked to 2 different people for half an hour and had the final interview In-person with the account team that they planned to staff me on.

How will your experience at other top consulting firms help Capco?
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
