Generally we run an effective recruitment process which assesses a candidates skill set and experience so we can identify where they may fit most comfortably into our business. Those involved in recruitment from HR and the business, go through in-depth training and work closely together to ensure that, if we bring an applicant on-board, we are sure we are setting them on the best course for success.
Based on your feedback, it seems that on this occasion we fell short of our usual high standards. We will conduct an internal investigation to understand what may have gone wrong, and use your feedback to improve the process for future candidates.
