We have already identified an opportunity to improve our recruitment process in the region and recently hired a highly experienced professional to lead a new in-house Recruitment team and deliver a higher quality candidate experience. However, we also believe that giving candidates the chance to meet a variety of Partners and people before joining the firm is a positive, as it enables you to learn more about your role, your team and the firm’s culture.
Your comments about the business are unfounded. Like the rest of Capco, our US practice is growing quickly. We respond to many RFPs and we are regularly successful at securing new work, as well as retaining business.
Our culture is based on empowerment and open, fluid teaming and it regularly attracts strong positive feedback on this forum. Our colleagues collaborate to deliver the best solutions for our clients but in a way that reflects our values and commitment to inclusion.
