Interview
I received a call from one of the recruitment managers, and they asked me about my application. After chatting for a few minutes, they offered me an interview on the same day! They provided me with useful links to help me prepare. The second interview was over Zoom, and it was very enjoyable. The team are all so lovely and understanding of my previous lack of experience in the sector. After the interview, I received my job offer only a few hours later! The onboarding process took around a month and was very straightforward.
Really great interview. Nice and friendly interviewers. Conducted through online with multiple rounds with HR, Hiring Manager, and MP. Gets progressed quickly and hears feedback from them if you pass the rounds

Interview
Three short online interviews (~20min), each fairly similar with typical interview questions, each with a different person. The start date was approximately 3 weeks after an offer was made. Very friendly interviewers.

There was clear communication throughout the process; I felt comfortable with the interviewers, enjoyed a great conversation, appreciated their detailed answers, and valued the opportunity to ask my own questions.
