I failed in the very initial mini case interview, which was very interesting and interactive unlike other inspection interview I have given so far, and honestly never gave such mini case interviews, it was my 1st time experiencing such interview. you will learn something from this one.
So the interview starts with TMAY, Why Capone?, which CapOne product you like the most? and then he gave me that for further business strategy / product design round. Very humble and supportive interviewer. even when I answered, he kept on asking anything else? something more? giving me hint to speak more (but I lost in technical answers) so its ideally :
1. Product sense or design/ business strategy
2. Core technical Implementation of whatever you have answered in 1 (helpful if you know technical words in your answer)
3. UI & UX, presenting a sample & asking if you can rectify the defects
4. Analytical round (presenting a data of AB testing results) & asking your insights
5. Situational question.
All the best :)

The interview process was smooth overall. It started with a computer screening, followed by a 30-minute recruiter call focused on my experience and fit with Capital One. Then I had a one-hour “money case” discussing a Capital One product from different angles. I’ve now moved to the PowerDay round, which includes two product cases, one product skills round, and one product discovery round.

Interview
Interview had 4 rounds: assessment, recruiter, hiring manager, and Power Day. The Power day was 4 30 min interview sessions with other managers. It was pretty straight forward, just prepare some STAR based experiences.
Interview process included a first round HR screen, a second round mini case study, and a power day final round followed by a team match. Recruiter was very helpful throughout the process
