Other Manager, Product Management interview reviews for Capital One
I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One (Chicago, IL)
Interview
First had a recruiter screening, then had a mini case. mini case was fine, then had a power day. there was a interview involving profit margin, ratios and profit/loss. The interviewer was pretty mean throughout. Another interview was similar but less difficult. The product skills and discovery case were pretty easy if you do product management as a career, one is walking through the end to end development of a feature another is a supposedly "fun" way of going through a feature that could be developed for a topic. I didn't get an offer, the hard case I was not able to finish even though the other 3 went really well with good feedback.
