The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capital One in Feb 2012
Interview
I was not told that it would be a 30-minute case study until 4 minutes before the interview began. It was a case about comparing two industries and which one to target, followed by some calculations. There was a calculator available for use. The interviewer was super nice and guided me through some tough spots.
No first round interview (my case). Given a take-home assessment filled with problem solving scenarios. Final round (Powerday) - series of 3 Zoom interviews. Two case studies and one behavioral interview.
Got to first stage digital interview. Was a BANA assignment with super heroes. Had to perform basic analysis and make decisions on the outcomes of various missions on various planets. Goal was save as many planets with least risk

First round is case interview over the phone, then on-site final round. The final round was 6-7 interviews, 1 was product interview and the others were cases. Looks like candidates who're considered to be extended an offer will be asked to stay in the afternoon for another case.

Case interviews, like helping a company solving a question, but the main focus is on doing calculations.
