Interview
I received an email requesting an interview. They asked the typical interviewing questions (What made you apply with us?, What are you're strengths and weaknesses? Why should we hire you?). It took about a week for me to hear back from the company and when they did call back we discussed starting pay, training schedule, and start day.
I feel like the questions were very simple. It was a role that didn’t require much skill or background. I didn’t like the recruiter. She was very short, and just was not a good experience.
Process was easy and straightforward, questions regarding why you like the company, how you see yourself growing there. This manager was very interested in aspirations and where you see yourself in the future.
Phone interview with hr was regular, like all these typical questions, which you can find online. Also there were some tasks to do online and personal interview with the branch manager.
