Case interview with business strategy and accounting concepts. Not too difficult but information is presented in a way that can make it challenging. Definitely practice using different case studies beforehand as first round interview and both second round interviews were the same style.

Two 30 minute case interviews. If you made it past first interview, there was a super day at their office. Did not know one person who made it to final round, they basically gave interviews to anyone with a certain GPA which made it feel like they didn't actually care about who they hired.

Super straightforward process. First round w/ 1 interview (likely a case), followed by a Super/Power Day with 3-4 interviews (likely a couple of cases and a behavioral interview). Recruiters/Capital One team members clearly state expectations and are very responsive throughout.
