Interview
Typical online test then followed a video interview.
There is a numerical question where you have to work out the proportion of apple/android app users, followed by a question where they ask you to describe how you work it out, a question regarding marketing strategy about the app/ ideas on how to improve engagement with the app.

Why do you want to work for Capital One?
Why did you apply for this programme?
First of all, they take technical assessment on Code Signal Platform. Candidate needs to solve 4 question in 70 min. If you are shortlisted from this round you will moved to another round.
They send you the OA immediately and if you do good after that, they schedule a Power Day which is basically a 4 hours behavioral and technical interview and after that you will get an email wanting to schedule a call.

OA to final round. OA is on code signal. the final round isnt too bad, it is 3 interviews in four hours, but two are easy, the technical can be cheesed.
