it was easy, standard powerday three rounds. Lots of common questions, and the guides they gave us was helpful. Took long for recruiters to get back to you though. I would recommend really knowing OOP

Really smooth and recruiter was super friendly. No surprises and felt very prepared because of resources passed along from recruiter. I had an internal referral which I think helped. Even after the interview process, the vibes are really great. Can tell that people genuinely enjoy working at Capital One and I am overall very excited.
