My interview process was pretty standard: Recruiter Screen, Tech Screen, Power-Day of 4 interviews, then meet hiring-manager/future-boss.
It mostly went as expected, though scheduling was hectic. I took the day off for the "power day" of interviews, then 2 of them had to be rescheduled because people couldn't make it. The interview with the hiring manager needed to be rescheduled 3 times, and 2 of the times the manager just ghosted without a warning to me or the recruiter. When I finally talked to the hiring manager, they were clearly VERY distracted they entire time.
The process ended with "an offer is incoming shortly!", and then just being ghosted (heard from the recruiter 2-3 times after the final interview, but then they just stopped replying). Totally wild for a company of this size and reputation to take someone through that many interviews and then just ghost you.

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
First round code signal. Very easy. You only need to solve 3 out of 4. Second round 4-5 hours of interviews. 1 technical, 1 behavior 1 system design and 1 analytical (they ask you to read some code and explain and make some changes). Interview is very subjective. Wished they changed the interview to waterfall model, coz it's a waste of 1 whole day for the candidate. They were ok hiring me for a lower role but they can't sponsor for that role.
