Took over a month to hear back after applying. There was no direction on hiring process or set expectations across the board. It did not seem that the folks involved, from HR to the top were on the same page and had to follow up to know the decision on the application.

average interview experience, got lucky with a very nice recruiter who communicated promptly throughout the rounds

Moved through a couple of rounds of interviews, including recruiters, before getting to the hiring manager. After the last interview with the hiring manager, I never heard from them again. I didn't get an offer but I also didn't get any notice that they were no longer interested. I was ghosted.
