Applied through their web site, initial contact from a recruited came several days later. He had some general questions and scheduled a phone screen with the hiring manager. That conversation went well and they invited me for an on-site all-day interview. Apparently they have these super-interview-days, so you need to plan ahead. In the meantime they sent me a link to an online test to take - several java coding problems, which, I thought, was weird, based on the job description. Nevertheless, according to the recruiter I passed that one.
The onsite interview consisted of five 45 minute sessions: 2 behavioral - a series of "tell me about a time you ..." questions, 2 job fit - just a chat with the interviewer and a test case - pretty simple business case with a break even point calculation.
