Phone interview by hiring manager, short dharing session on previous internships. Panel interview scheduled the next week, comprising manager, director of BAGIP and hiring manager. Interviewers appeared bored and sleepy on entry. Did not bother to look me in the eye during the interview

Interview
1st stage was IQ test - numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and the usual. 2nd stage was a video interview. Pretty standard questions, asking for examples of when you demonstrated certain attributes. No follow up from them afterwards at all.
