I have only done the job simulation so far, which could be considered as a first phase video interview, coming after the online assessments and I believe a quick review of your application by the company. It was through HireVue, which I have found easy to use.

All the questions were based on a case study, and what we would do in certain scenarios etc related to the case. So it truly has the feeling of a simulation.

the first test is online test, then video interview, and the final is assessment centre. there are 7 person in the assessment centre. the first round in ac is ice-breaking game.
Online assessment then video interview. Final stage assessment conducted via zoom with 1 to 1 interviews and group exercise. Case studies and competency and motivation questions. Whole process took 3 months
