Bait & Switch Job Offer
- Went 3 rounds of interviews (all 30 minutes each) and believed all went well until I received a call from the Deloitte recruiter with the team's "concerns."
- Not sure how much a team can learn about a candidate in a short 30 minute interview
- Some of their concerns were due to questions they did not even ask me
- Recruiter said they were interested in bringing me in at a lower level than what I applied, and I said absolutely not

Question 1
What type of clients I worked on and what type of returns I worked on
Two step interview, first techical then team fit. In the first step you are asked techical questions in the second step you are interviewd for the team fit. If the first step goes good you are called to the second.
Quite straightforward and interactive. The feedback post interview was mostly prompt. It takes a while between receiving the offer and signing the contract though owing to the internal risk checks that are involved.
