The interview process consisted of a application, a video conference interview with two staff (30-45 min) , an in-person interview with three staff ( 1 hour), a 30 minute writing prompt exercise, and a final phone interview with principal (20 min).

Interview
Skype interview with seattle office, lead by two individuals. Very pleasent, interview. About one hour long. They called me via Skype, and switched off asking questions. They asked general questions, not questions regarding my resume. Overall, it was a good and positive experience.
Email resume and other documents. They get back to you to set up a time. Two partners or team leads interview you. They were very pleasant and it was a good experience.
