Interview
The interview had 4 rounds:
1) Online Coding: Python & SQL -
- Very interesting questions. Easy if you have good analytical thinking.
2) Technical round:
- Questions regarding ML algorithms, Statistical tests and model building / validation etc.
- Project oriented questions. Be thorough with what you write.
- Ended with a business case study. Had to tell the approach in 15 minutes.
3) Business round:
- Very interesting and intriguing round. Was interviewed by a senior manager. It was a matured process with questions concerning approach / solutions for real time business problems using Data science.
4) HR round:
- A short but descriptive round where in i was nicely informed about Fractal and it's open working culture. Also entertained questions regarding any doubts i had.

3 level interview. 2 technical rounds & 1 fitment round. They don't just test your technical skills, but rather your competency & way of thinking & handling projects. One of the best interviews i have ever faced.

The interview process had three rounds: HR, Online assessment, technical, and senior management. It was completed over a period of more than one month, involving detailed evaluations at each stage.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fractal
Interview
It was the most unique interview for me to date! There were 3 rounds for this role:- 1. Technical Interview 2. Case study round 3.HR round
After clearing all the rounds, and submitting the documents, I was told the role went on hold just a day after completing the process.
God knows what the real reason was, but disappointing experience.
