Was interviewed for Technical Architect. Given 4 rounds of interview. All 4 of them went well. All of the rounds were technical. Feedback of first 3 rounds were all good (got to know from the recruiter).
Would like to mention my experience of the last technical round which was with Bangalore center head. I never felt any negative vibes during the interview. Was given a case study at the end of the interview and was asked to submit a technical architecture by next 2-3 days. I spent around 8-10 hours of time to finish the case study. Was atleast expecting some kind of feedback on the case study if not a follow-up discussion as I felt the interview ended in a positive note.
But, to my surprise, was just told that not selected for next process. Neither any discussion nor any feedback. This was one of those kind of interview where in the end you keep thinking where did it go wrong. Was kind of disappointed with the process.
Suggestion to aspiring candidates, DO NOT waste time in the case study if you are given any at any stage of interview process. You are most likely already rejected. Doesn't matter how good or bad it is, its very unlikely that someone will look at it and give you any feedback.
