Interview
1. The interviewer didn’t turn camera on.
2. They asked me to show my government-issued ID at the start of the interview without informing me beforehand. If you don’t trust your interviewees, please don’t conduct interviews. (I’m also unsure whether it is legal to make such a request.)
3. The interviewer didn’t show me the problem but instead described it verbally. When I tried to confirm the question and specifications, they seemed reluctant and impatient.

Mildly challenging and nice. I would probably reduce number of rounds, i had 4 of them. The first two were technical and third one was managerial. The last round was done for cultural fit.
