Interview
Traits based. Assess in accordance to company's culture and objectives. If you are intelligent, have a good executive presence and coach-able the interview should be straight forward. Overrall a good experience, they always give you actionable feedback and make sure you are well prepared for each round. It is almost as the job is yours to loose.
Introduction call with talent team. 2 x roleplay where you must build on feedback with panel interview and presentation of your why, goals, motivations. Roughly 4 stages across a month

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
