First call was with a recruiter. She no showed, then emailed me she was running late and rescheduled, then was late to the rescheduled time. Moved on to the hiring manager. It was a strange experience. They had two roles posted at different levels with virtually the same job description. The hiring manager's expectations during the interview didn't match the JD at all. Seemed to not know what they wanted/needed in the role. Interview seemed to go well, however, because they said she saw a fit and was moving me forward in the process. Then nothing. Ghosted. I emailed recruiting team asking for info twice with no response. Eventually my status in the portal got changed to "Not Selected" without even an automated email. The whole process seemed very disorganized.

9 Interviews were required. 3 by phone and the rest were senior roles: VP and GVP team members. Good natured, highly competent individuals. Very professional and friendly HR experience. Clear, communication and handover across multiple HR touchpoints across the process. The Stamford campus is a large and multi-building facility.
