Interview
1.) HR Interview checking for traits: Business Acumen, Executive Presence, Goal Driven, Integrity, Clockspeed & examples of each
2.) Manager Phone Interview (this may take 2 calls) diving deeper into the above traits and checking for consistency and ability to course correct when provided feedback
3.) Panel Interview which mirrors a sales call then a background check

You must provide specific examples of how you have demonstrated your skills and traits. Inconsistencies will be caught and prevent you from moving forward.
You may be challenged during the interview process- testing how you handle a sales meeting when the decision maker hands you off to one of her direct reports.
Interview had 3 stages. the last one with your VP, you had to roleplay. Recruitment will prepare you thoroughly for the process. With some prep it is doable. very generic,

Pretty standard interview, prepare examples from your career history. Two recruiter calls, one screening one behavioral, followed by final panel/role play call. Recruiter prepared me well, follow the instructions that they give you on how to run the mock scenario. Ask questions, be curious.
