The interview process was straightforward and efficient. It began with a phone screening with HR, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager, and a final panel interview with the sales leadership team. The questions focused on my sales experience, ability to build client relationships, and how I handle rejection. The team was friendly, and the process moved quickly—overall, it was a positive experience.

Tell me about a time you turned a ‘no’ into a ‘yes’ with a client.
It was three rounds but they also do prep meetings in between the rounds. There were two roleplays along with a bunch of situational questions using their techniques like STAR and power of three
The interviewer was someone in an internship position and they hadn't prepared many questions for me. Overall, the process didn't feel very well prepared. Also, be aware they cannot sponsor you if you don't have your own visa (I wasn't told beforehand).
Very relaxed environment, I participated in the Emerging Leaders Summit so which parts of it was a bit redundant and basic information. The role play scenario was really easy, just practicing to sell something with a small objection.
