One of their recruiters reached out to me for a role only to later tell me (after I followed up) that the role location moved to another country. Few months later, the same team member reached out to me for a similar role and asked to set up a call. Upon sharing my details and confirmation, they disappeared for 3 weeks! After following up, there was barely an apology but I went ahead and did the first interview. It was online and basic questions around experience, why do I want to work there, projects worked on etc. They scheduled the second interview which was rescheduled twice. A second team member said it was due to this and that reason which completely conflicted with the other recruiters reason for rescheduling. During the second interview, they immediately shut me down saying the role had been filled. So rather than canceling the interview they decided to waste weeks of my time ghosting then resurfacing than rescheduling than informing me during the interview the role was taken. I had taken a big chunk out of my time to accommodate for that interview. A joke.
