Exceptionally time consuming final interview after a three month process. Questions asked by interviewers were one dimensional and evident they were ill equipped, they also arrived at premature judgements. Atmosphere was not welcoming. Asked for sharing of client deliverables, which due to client confidentiality was an impossible ask to deliver effectively. Clear lack of organisation on all fronts. Wouldn’t recommend as an experience.

Hot mess. They wanted me to do a 2.5 hour case study and take a demotion in title and comp to help build their presence out here in the states.
They have outsourced recruiting to some firm and want you to literally mock up an entire program for their case study.
