The screening tools they use to scan resume is a joke. Not to mention the cap they have that one cannot apply to more than 3 roles in 30 day period. For a company that has 1k+ roles listed only in Sr SWE category, how did the HR even decide to come up with the number 3 of the roles candidates can apply to? I found 3 openings which are exact match to my profile but got auto rejection for all of them, without even HR or HM looking at my resume.
I had a really good experience. Everybody I talked to was helpful and conducted the interviews professionally. The questions were medium to hard but with good preparation one can succeed.
