Interview
The process started with a recruiter call followed by Google Hangout interviews (3 of them), and then Onsite interviews (3 of them). The decision making and feedback was prompt. IMO recruiter is your best friend and in my case, was there to guide me through the process step by step. Overall experience has to be one of the best I have had.

Interview
3 interviews back to back in the early morning, after weeks of communication back and forth. There was barely enough time to connect with the interviewers. Not technical and no mention of salary until I brought it up directly in conversation with the recruiter. They had the wrong outdated version of my resume and were very far away to match existing salary. I am very happy that I brought up the compensation in a second conversation or it would have been more of a waste of time.
Please bring up salary with your Google recruiter otherwise prepare to be surprised after spending time to prepare.
