My interview process for the Google Customer Growth Associate role included an initial recruiter phone screen, followed by an interview with a hiring manager, and then a final round with the hiring manager and a CGA panel. The recruiter call focused on my background and interest in the role, while the later interviews were more scenario-based and centered on how I would approach helping businesses grow using digital advertising solutions. The questions required structured thinking and clear communication, making the process moderately challenging. During part of the final interview there were some connection issues that caused the interviewer to briefly go in and out, which made communication slightly difficult at times and affected my ability to answer, but overall the process was professional and focused on analytical and consultative thinking.
2 rounds 3 interviews, average interviews however there’s a lot of hypothetical questions they ask so be prepared for that. Most typical interview questions I prepared for weren’t asked aside from why sales

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you taught someone else something new
Phone screening asking me about sales experience and cold calling experience. Interview questions in screening "Tell me about a time when you worked on a team that XYZ, etc." Fast paced and a series of questions rather than a back and forth conversation.
Generally a nice experience, the interviewers were extremely polite and positive. I don’t feel like I was really using any techniques like STAR, I was just speaking from experience and it worked for me.
