I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Dublin, Dublin) in Jun 2021
Interview
Screening with the recruiter + 3 interviews with the colleagues and the potential manager. Very cool assessment in the interview to figure out your thinking process and background. Therefore, for example, since the selected person for the role would help companies with their strategy, they asked which suggestions i would give to someone opening a business.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What data would you look to help this business?
How would you help someone opening a business like a bakery?
What kind of demographics would be important for this kind of business decision.
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
