The virtual sessions with the recruiters were well enough as they were friendly and kept me updated about the whole process. The round with the hiring manager just put me off. He switched off his video & asked me to keep mine on and just asked his prepared list of questions. He wasn’t keen to take questions either. I had the impression that he had already made up his mind & was doing the interview just because he had to. It just gave the feeling of an arrogant organisation! I wonder how the face to face interviews happen. Probably put you in a room with a one way viewing glass & interrogate?
