I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Mountain View, CA) in Dec 2014
Interview
Two phone interviews - First phone interview was with the recruiter. I was surprised that we didn't discuss any of my previous work experience at all. The recruiter gave me different scenarios the recruiting team encounters at Google and asked about my approach.
Second phone interview was with the recruiting coordinator. Asked about my interest, relatively basic.
A week later, I was invited on-site to Google HQ for interviews with 3 people from different teams (recruiting coordinator lead, staffing manager, communication specialist) and a Q&A session with two other candidates in the end.
Sad that I didn't make it to the offer. I love Google so much! Will definitely keep trying :)
The interview process at Google for the role of recruiting coordinator was pretty easy to be honest. There is an English grammar test which is followed by an interview. The interviewer goes through the relevant skills and experience

Interview process was lengthy. Had me go through a series of interviews and practice rounds. Did not get the role. But had a great experience with the recruiter. Was surprised to even get an interview with all the layoffs happening
